Re-work and WIP Department
Within Re-work and WIP departments, Apex Engineering services can provide support across many areas:
Electrical – Rewiring, installation of parts, diagnostics and rectification

For this assignment, a newer division within this Automotive OEM reached out to us to support their transition from a day shift to alternate shift hours. Essentially, they were doubling their core workshop team. They had an urgent need for a contract workforce to support with their increased targets and re-work.
The site Manager required 11 additional contracting staff to the existing permanent workforce to enable the department to ensure the delivery of re-work and WIP work on ex show and event vehicles to bring them up to a saleable standard for customers around the world. Additionally, providing them with event support around the world. They often send a team out to work on a set number of vehicles rather then returning the vehicles to the UK.
